Santander Consumer Finance SA has its registered office in Madrid, Spain. In Greece it operates through its legally established Greek Branch under the name “Santander Consumer Finance S.A. Greek Branch” with registered office in Athens (6-8 Agisilaou str., Maroussi), bearing GEMI No. 157543860001.

Indicatively, the initial fixed interest rate may vary depending on the financial product/campaign based on the car financed. (Interest rate is increased by the levy of Law 128/1975 levy, which currently stands at 0,6% annually.)

For a loan amount of 10.000€ with a nominal interest of 7,9% (plus 0.60% contribution of L.128/1975) with a duration of 48 months and a monthly instalment of 246,48€, the total cost of the car loan is 2.127,24€ consisting of 1.837,24€ interest and 290€ opening fee. Therefore at the end of the car loan the total amount which will have been paid is 12.127,24€ which corresponds to an APR of 10,55% according to the law. The APR calculation is based on the assumption that the loan contract remains valid throughout its whole duration and the customer will pay in time the instalments agreed.
